ICOM’s COVID Task Force Prepares for Spring Semester

The Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine’s COVID-19 Task Force met Wednesday, Jan. 6, and is recommending the following procedures to allow ICOM to continue to move forward with the curriculum for its medical students with the least disruption possible, as the spring semester begins Monday, Jan. 11.

Idaho Moves to Stage 2, ICOM Issues New Guidelines

On Friday, Nov. 13, Gov. Brad Little announced that the State of Idaho would return to Stage 2 with certain modifications, due to the continued increase in COVID cases and the strain on Idaho’s healthcare system.

Masks Now Mandatory in Study Rooms on Campus

With the number of positive COVID-19 cases increasing in Ada County and throughout Idaho, face coverings must now be worn at all times in both common areas of the building as well as group study rooms if more than one person is present.
