The Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Emergency Medicine Club will host an EMS Career Expo on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the ICOM campus in Meridian.

This event is specifically designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Emergency Medicine and/or Emergency Medical Services, and provides an opportunity for attendees to learn about the many programs and classes offered locally.

A number of local EMS-related partners have been invited to the EMS Career Expo, including: local fire departments and paramedics; life flight; police departments; EMT schools; military medics; search and rescue; and other medical programs. Guest speakers include: medical directors, emergency medicine physicians, a Fire Chief, air flight representatives, and a Q&A panel of medical students.
